Full Hips Waist to bottom hem is 36” NOTE: The waist closure snap and hooks and eyes were removed and resewn so that the skirt now fits a 24” waist. The fabric was not cut so the hooks and eyes can be moved back to their original locations to fit a 26” waist if desired. Metal zipper and hooks and eyes at waist for closure. Skirt is in excellent vintage condition! Some of the white paint on the zipper pull has chipped off. Wrinkled from storage. Cross posted
