This Skirt is from Allen's, I am unsure of the material, but I'm guessing its not natural materials based on the backing of the Skirt. Its quilted, so it has some good structure. It foes have a petticote under it in the picture (not included). There was one hole at the zipper i quickly patched up, but its not seeable from the outside. Measurements taken flat and in inches.
