This is a really cool 1980s secretary style dress from V.L.P Petites. -Dress is in good pre-owned condition with minimal signs of wear or use (it has been worn and washed more than once) THE SHOULDERS HAVE A SEAM RUNNING DOWN THE FRONT AND ON THE LEFT SIDE THERE IS A TINY HOLE ON THE INSIDE OF THE HEM.
