Item Tag Very Dark Blue

It is such a very dark blue that it looks black. The lace trim is beautiful and all the tiny snaps work. The waistband binding may have originally been covered by the chiffon material because while all of it has one layer of chiffon, there is an area where it has several layers. Please see photos. Measurements lying flat: armpit to armpit 21 1/2”, waist 16 1/2”, sleeve 19 1/2”, shoulder to hem 15”.
