Vintage WHITE COTTON SKIRT w/Scalloped Embroidery & Drawstring Waist This unusual white cotton skirt looks like it was possibly made from a pillow case. It has a drawstring waist, machine stitched white-on-white embroidery on front, one side edge, and the hem; stylized scallops that are finished with heavy thread. Very different.
