Very nice Vintage Southern Lady Dress Women's 13/14 Turquoise Polkadot Lace Collar Belted. Dress looks like it has been hemed up a bit possibly by about 4 inches. Dress has 3/4 sleeves with cuffs, matching belt, shoulder pads and beautiful floral lace collar. Super soft fabric feels like a t shirt. Back button closure with keyhole back. Has some discoloration on the back and along hem line. Could use a proper stain treatment/ cleaning. Dress has a faint color fading hard to see. Otherwise in very good condition. Perfect vintage vibe or project piece. Could be dyed. Please see photos. B29
