Item Tag Trousseaux Terris

One of the buttons is pinned to the dress and one of the shoulder pads is also pinned to it so they may be loose without the pins. It also has some stains. I think it is size medium based on the measurements but I don't know for certain as there is no size tag. See pictures for details and measurements.
