Probably 60s, judging by the fabric and design--has that faux Grecian look that was popular then, rendered in pale, pale pink nylon Tricot. Leans on the judicious use of machine stitching and very fine nylon tulle for design details in the bodice and hem. Probably American made. Size-wise, S-to-M.
