Women’s 2000’s Stop Staring! Size XL Black Sheer Short Sleeve Button Up Top with pussy bow tie at neck. Short is made of what I suspect is polyester or rayon material. There is no tag to verify exactly what the material is made out of. Top is 25” long from high point shoulder (hps). Gathering at top of sleeves gives a bubble like puff sleeve quality to the sort sleeves. There is a more opaque furry hexagon dot pattern all over the material. Multiple tuck pleats around the waist gives the blouse a more billowy late 1930’s and early 1940’s balloon like feature just above and just below the nipped in waist. There are four 1/2” covered buttons down the front of the shirt for closure. Shirt says dry clean only, but can be washed just fine on the gentle cycle. Hang dry.
