Rare Korean-made 1990s leather set by Cognac V.S.O.P. in soft cream leather with sculpted fit. Top is finished with a sweetheart neckline and pearlescent button front. Pants balance the structured leather with stretch-knit inserts along the sides.
The robe features embroidered roundels of moths and butterflies surrounding florals, with traditional bats incorporated throughout the sleeve bands, collar, and border trim. These motifs were commonly used in pre-WWII Chinese textiles as symbols of good fortune and longevity.
Slit pockets are on each side of pull on pants. Lovely set.
