This skirt was originally part of a two piece ensemble. A matching bodice and skirt were considered a dress at this time. It was made of a black sheer cotton fabric and has beautiful pleated details. The waist is 25 inches and the length from the waist band to the hem is 38 inches. It is 118 inches around the bottom hem. There are small holes and some wear but overall it is in good condition.
