I steam cleaned it but I feel like the top of the dress looks like it has glitter stuck in it but you have to really look to notice. See pics for condition. I don’t see any brand or size tags. The measurements of the dress are 34 in bust, 26 in waist, 38 in hips, and 38 inches in length. The measurements of the coat are 44 in bust, and 38 inches in length.
