Beautiful vintage 1980s era tie neck blouse in a gorgeous teal blue color. My camera really doesn’t capture just how rich and vibrant the color is in person, it’s really stunning. I’ve adjusted the color settings in the first photo to try and get it as close as possible to to the true color, it’s the perfect mix of blue and green. The blouse is marked a vintage size 4 but would best fit a modern XS-S, measurements are in the listing photos.
