Excellent Condition, no stains, damage or odors. It has an old pinned dry cleaning tag. No Shoulder pads, so I'm thinking by the style it is early 80's with the Union Label. Label says Dry Clean only, no fabric tag, maybe Polyester or could be silk blend. It buttons partially down bodice has long sleeves with a button cuff. Color Block Shirt Dress with pinked seams which I find odd for a dress in the 80's. Measurements Shoulders 17" Pit to Pit 20" Waist 20" Hips 20.5" Length 43" Sleeve Length 24.5" Measurements are taken with the garment lying flat not a person. Measure a garment that fits you well and compare.
