This skirt fits at waist with slight flair on left side. Buttons up left side. Top has sleeves that flare out from about 5" from waist (see picture). Buttons up front. Collar. Shoulder pads. Back of top is the print. Material shimmers and the solid part catches the light to look gray with light purple/pink cast. Back of waist has 2.5 " wide elastic. Very lightweight material. Top has 5" wide solid band around bottom and does not button at the bottom so it flares out a bit. Care instructions: hand wash and hang to dry.
