Vintage Starmount Girl's Red Wool Sleeveless dress size 12 With Smocking. Condition is Pre-owned. Has intact smocking to upper front area and in red and ivory threads. Two open front pockets and bias had done hem.  Measures 17.5" underarms and waist is about 32.5" but loose sheath style. Total length is 34.5". Has some condition issues with discoloration to wool underarms, minor stains as shown in photos and a small pin hole in lower back near bottom of dress. Otherwise, very nice. Has been pressed gently away from issues and represents a style of past simplicity.  Being no sleeved and wool, it was probably worn with a blouse underneath. Quessing it is from the 1960's.
