In great condition. Such a great vintage jacket with shoulder pads. 88% silk 12% wool. Peplum waist. Blue flourishes with black background , making the color pop. Be sure to check measurements because VTG runs smaller. Pit to pit 19” approximately. From shoulder to waist is approximately 17.5”. From shoulder to hem is approximately 22”. Belt approximately 30” at the last eyelet. It looks like leather but doesn’t say it is leather.
