This is a gorgeous vintage cocktail dress. It was liminal wear, when looking at the piece all of the jewels are still sturdy and intact. The tag is loose. It has four but it is a stretchy material so it might fit a more sizes. I wish I had a dress form because this does not do it justice. I have seen a friend try it on and it fits very tightly and curve. This reminds of the Marlyn Monroe sequin dress.

Vintage Jack Bryan butterfly sequin top. Size 14 It has very intricate sequins, and beating all along the outside. It is in great condition. There’s a few threads showing on the back. See photos. In the photos, the top looks black-and-white, but the sequence are iridescent colors of purple and blue and green. 
The skirt has fading and some missing Sequins. I have tried to document areas of wear in photos.
