Authentic Antique 1930s 40s Yugoslavian Hand Embroidered Hand Smocked Blouse S-M
The smocking at the waistline expands nicely to a larger size. There is no tie at the neck but it could easily be added. I have one about 2/3s down the neckline. I have owned it ever since, but need to pass it on.
