VTG 40s Red & Blue Striped Rayon Formal Dress In good used vintage condition, but does have some flaws. This dress is very small and would best fit a petite size woman or a junior or teen size. There are loose threads all over the bottom skirt hem on both sides and at both armholes, especially the right one which also has fraying. There are faint stains at both armpits and a faint dark spot that looks like color bleed on the front bottom left skirt near hem. There are a couple brown spots next to the color bleed spot and some other small random dark spots in the same area. There is a hole on the front bottom middle of skirt near hem and a small one at the front left chest/shoulder. There are a few small holes at the bottom back of skirt near hem and a spot where the color bleed went through to the back of skirt. There might be other light spots, snags or holes that weren't noticed.
