For your consideration this listing is for a vintage brand new, never worn shiny satin rayon full slip from years gone by. Called a V-Midriff slip by Du Benay. Has both the inside and outside tags. A blue-greenish color. Measures to be a 36-38 in size. It is 35 1/2" long from underarm to bottom of hem. Has almost 4" lace at hem, the front and the back, all the way around. Has adjustable straps. Comes with 6" fine lace at hem. 1 1/4" lace on the back. The front as up to 4" lace at the middle of bust. It is 42" long from top to bottom. Please excuse the storage folds. Tiny Covered Buttons decorate the front that are non functional, side metal zipper, slightly dropped waistline. The padded shoulders are Fabulous, they are Over-layed with Folded Fabric which serves as a "Winged Collar" in essence, they give the dress even more femininity than it already has. Very VERY FULL SKIRT, Measures Chest to 27" (Yes, I know, so tiny), Waist 22", Free Hip, Length shoulder to hem 54 3/4", Waist to hem 38 1/2". FANTASTIC CONDITION OVERALL with exception to a faint wide spread yellowed underarm ring (I've not laundered), and a small mend at the rear left waist (pic). This gown would be lovely to Re-Purpose for Doll Clothing, the Bodice could easily be removed and the Skirt utilized for a Multitude of things, the fabric is THAT LOVELY & LUXE (View the VIDEO).
