Item Tag rayon lace velvet

No labels. the shell is an off white rayon lace with chiffon ruffle collar and sleeve hems. Closes with an inside waist hook and two hooks at the waist under the dark yellow waist bow/sash. Needs cleaning as there is yellowing on the ruffles of the neckline.
