1970s burgundy Victorian revival formal dress features a pleated skirt and a lace capelet detail. No amount of pictures can capture how beautiful this dress truly is. If I have to guess it is a small/Medium size. (It’s too small on me and I am a large.) it fits my dress form like a glove. there is one button on the back that is missing and the latch for the tiny eyelet hook on the back.
It has a deeply classic 1980s elongated drop waist that flows into an incredibly full, gathered "cupcake" style puff skirt.
