Has been handsewn but is secure and works fine. Please see pictures. I found a few tiny mothbites/pin size holes at back lower skirt. Very tiny and not really noticeable unless you are looking for them (see last picture). Otherwise in very good vintage condition for item 50+ years old. Price has been adjusted based on these flaws.♥ No size tag. Based on measurements, I'm guessing a modern XS to Small. Please be sure to check measurements listed below to ensure proper fit.
