The suit is preowned and in beautiful condition. The material is a silk blend based on texture of the material and research on the designer. A beautiful Mother of the Bride suit that includes a blazer with beading on the collar and decorative buttons and a midi length skirt with back slit and back zipper closure.
I would guess it's 1960s or 1970s. The fabric is very lightweight and NOT stretchy. It has a subtle crepe-paper like texture. It's in really nice condition. I did notice, however, that the tan print on the sleeves is slightly lighter than on the body.
