This is a 1980s to mid 1990s PS. It's knee high or longer depending on your height. If you're 4'7 like me it's below the knee about an inch. If you're taller it's above the knees. This dress is best suited for a petite woman with a small chest and very small stomach. It's a beautiful cocktail/evening dress or pretty to wear to a costume party.
