Small white spots (possibly paint) I didn't notice them until taking the photographs so I am sure no one will notice them while wearing it, the inside layer of the skirt has the hem coming loose as well, again no one will notice.

Vintage Pendelton Women’s Belted Jacket- Espresso. Jacket in good vintage condition, one very small pinpoint hole on the arm, please refer to the pictures.
