Item Tag Peach/coral

Pretty vintage shirt with lace and cute button details. Ties at the neck. No maker tag. I estimate it to be a women's medium. Pictures 5 shows a pin hole at the back of the neck, Picture 6 shows some snags to the nylon. Picture 8 shows a hole near the bottom button.
