It has a mod/go-go look and shoulder to shoulder it measures 16". The shoulder to hem length is 28". This is an original piece from the 1960s/70s, made in the United States by Kimo's Polynesian. Super rad vintage 60s Beyond the Reef dress by Hawaiian Casuals. Great colors ~ teal blue, green and purple. Step in, dress buttons to just below waist, belted, three quarter sleeves, fabric covered buttons The hem is turned up 2.25" so you would be able to lengthen a bit if desired. Fabric feels like a cotton or cotton blend.
