Great Vintage Condition! There are some subtle stains on the front legs. Please see the photos! When laying flat, the waist measures 12 inches. When flat, the hip area measures 18 inches. The inseam (crotch to the bottom of the leg) measures 18 inches. The rise (waist to crotch) is 11.5 inches. These pants are in nice vintage condition and come from a smoke-free home.
