This is a vintage 1984 Betty Boop shirt in great condition! Banded at waist line, one size fits most. I have not washed this shirt(I dont want to alter it in any way from photos), so simply wash and wear! Has two tiny dots on back of one sleeve as shown. These are the only flaws I see.
