This dress is The Bomb! So cool and ultra flattering. There is no stretch in the waist so 28” max Chest has a bit of give but 32” to 34” Sleeves are sublime!! I see white discolored spots at the hem but there’s so much fabric it gets lost. Also a spot or 2 on the sleeves that get lost in the folds There is 3” of extra fabric in the hem Fabulous!!
