Item Tag open/free one size

It looks almost like it was never worn. Truly amazing condition. The elastic waistband & cuffs have elastic.still very stretchy & strong. It feels like a rayon but I guess it could be silk. It's a lighter weight very flowy fabric but not sheer in any way.
