Item Tag Norman Sacks

Dress is sized 5, but is much smaller. Too small for my mannequin, thus won't zip up in the back. Dress dates to the late 60's early 70's. Features a red tartan plaid, ruffled neckline and hem, and original black velvet sash belt.
