Vintage 1992 Dress Shorts (Culotte Type) size 12 by Apt. 9. Waist is 34", Rise is 12.5", Inseam is 11", Hips 42", 1.5" stitched cuffs, opening at bottom of legs is 11.5", Waist to Hem is 22". White with thin black stripes - Waistband is horizontal, Body is vertical, front zipper & 2 hook & eye front closure, flat front, 2 front pockets with button trim at each side (Please view all Photos - part of the description). Tab with button at each side on back waistband, small 'V' at center back, waistband & 2 back pockets with secure tab & button closure. Comes with X Button.
