Enormous puffed sleeves with internal structure of tulle netting to keep the volume in the sleeves. Open scoop neck line and low-ish back. Dropped waist with full party skirt, white tulle skirt under layer. Dress is an excellent condition with no stains holes, tears or weirdness. SHOWSTOPPING, colorful knit dress by Billy Jack Apparel. Their jaws will drop when they see you coming in this fabulous creation! There are shoulder pads. The padding inside them feels a bit bunched up, but they are easily removed, if you wish, or rock that powerful full-shouldered 1980s look!
