USS Ramsey (DEG-2 / FFG-2) was a Brooke-class guided-missile frigate commissioned in 1967. She earned five battle stars for Vietnam service and was decommissioned in 1988. This is a classic “liberty” customized jumper featuring a large, colorful embroidered dragon sewn into the lining under the collar with decorative zigzag stitching.
