Fabric is a Cotton blend. Does have shoulder pads which can easily be removed, buttons down to the waist, button epaulets on the shoulders, gathered sweetheart waistline that is flattering with elastic back with very little stretch, hidden side pockets by the desired designer Candi Jones from the early 1980's.
