Item Tag mulin

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING burnout velvet top!! The sleeves are fantastic!! The fringe is a thicker cord so it doesn't tangle like the thin fringe. Beautiful blue and green combo. I purchased awhile back but it is too small. There's no size tag so please refer to measurements. It's a pullover style so no mercy on the sizing. I don't want to let it go, never seen on like this, but this is too pretty to be stuck on a mannequin for me to look at lol. Chest 19" length 17.5" to the fringe which is an additional 7" sleeve 12" from armpit to fringe. Mannequin is 33x22x34 to get an idea of fit. Happy to provide additional pictures or info.
