Vintage dress, Mono brand size 18. Belted and has hidden buttons about halfway down the front with one decorative button at the top. Condition: Dress is in excellent condition with no holes or stains or signs of wear! Two minor things to note- one belt loop string is detached on one end, and the belt is showing creases and cracks in the backing from having been stored in a folded position for quite a long time.
