Short sleeved blouson dress in cream with cream floral has gathered caps with shoulder pads (easily removed), turtleneck/cowl, back slit opening with buttons, pleated bodice, elastic waist with belt carriers and tie belt by Monica Richards. 100% polyester, size 12. 38" bust, 26-36" waist, 40" hip, 14" shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 15.5" edge of shoulder pad to edge of shoulder pad, 9" sleeve, 18" shoulder to waist, 28" waist to hem.
