This is a 1991 Misty Weather rain/trench coat. Made in Korea. It’s a size 7/8. Has all its buttons. Has shoulder pads. Has the belt. The one button on the end of the sleeve is loose. The piece that attaches the lining to the outer shell has come undone at the bottom. It will be shown in the photos. There is also a hole in the seam of both armpits on the inside lining.
