Very fitted style, I'm 5' and 98lbs and this fits me very nicely, but fitted, it does have some minor side to side stretch. Really a cute style. Does not say a size or fabric content on it but here are measurements. I'd say hand wash or dry clean and these items were usually made of some natural fiber materials in those days.
