This creates the hourglass look, and is so typical of the 1980's and 90's fashion. I believe this is vintage, but do not know for sure when it was made. It has glittery bling logo D-FeMIL Fashion on the back bodice across the shoulder blade area. Could be some kind of a uniform, but I have no idea. Inside label says VanDanaLabeled L, but runs very small and fits my size 6 mannequin who measures 32-24-34. I do not think this would fit larger than 34 inches around at the bust.
