This is a nice pair of women's vintage shorts by Northcrest. When laying flat, the waist measures 16 inches. When flat, the hip area measures 21.5 inches. The inseam (crotch to the bottom of the legs) is 5 inches. The measurement from the side/waist to the bottom of the shorts is 18.5 inches. The rise (waist to crotch) is 13.5 inches.
