VTG 1940s Black Multicolor Checked Taffeta Gown / Maxi Dress W/ Matching Jacket. Dress is black w/ a multicolor checkered pattern on skirt, collar & cuffs, & on the matching short sleeve jacket. On the jacket- Bottom button torn, snags at front right above hem, small snags & stains on front, discoloration at inner back collar, pulled seam at center back, a few stains on the back, slight discoloration at the back left sleeve, & internal fraying at inside seams.
