Item Tag Lisa

Short sleeve blouson dress in navy blue with pink, purple, green and white florals has puffed sleeves, slit opening at back neckline, elastic waist with string belt carriers (no belt) and gathered skirt by Lisa II. No fabric or size tags, most likely cotton blend, measures to a vintage size medium. 38" bust, 26-40" waist, 54" hip, 15" shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 19" edge of shoulder puff to edge of shoulder puff, 14" sleeve, 18" shoulder to waist, 28" waist to hem. Several wear spots that have been mended - please see pictures.
