Thanks for looking! A slice of the 1950's! This poor wonderful stylish super vintage dress. This was a very loved, versatile, worn, washed and worn and... etc., in 1958 through the early 1960's. Sweet red background with white hearts, size 6-8? (not evident), original Lanz label tea-length short-sleeve dress. Buttons and snaps closure at back. Feels like cotton. Faux sewn-in fashion accent/belt which ends in bow at backside with hook and eye closure. The collar is coming off. There is a patch. The fabric is worn and coming apart in certain places. A button has been re-sewn on with non-original thread. Please absolutely see all photos. Do not return this dress saying it is worn. Of course it is. That is evident in my words and the photos. Nevertheless, I offer it, simply hoping to get it seen out into the community in the event someone would like it, for creative works, maybe for a pattern, theatre, repair and 1950's dress up, memories, etc. The sewing on seams is still good, all original buttons are present, and the garment still represents the Lanz line. There are no stains except underarm, which are very light. Lining in the dress still present and good condition. Measurements:17" across chest 11" across waist 39" from shoulder to base/skirt hem24-25" from waist to base/skirt hem24" opening at back with buttons and snaps closures Have a rockin' sweethearts day!
