Vintage 1980’s JW Cooper Black Leather Women’s waist coat/jacket. Says size 14, but fits a 12 in my opinion. In great lightly used condition. Horse hair horse art on the back. 3 Buffalo buttons at front, and some on sleeves. It had shoulder pads and will fit a busty woman. No rips or holes or stains. Across the waist from side to side measures 18”. Across the front from armpit to armpit measures 22”. Collar to waist hem length measures 22 1/2”. Outer shoulder to cuff is 24”.
