This is a true vintage c. 1950s Jr Theme prom/party dress. The fabric on the bodice is red & black lace with sequins, and the skirt is a black organdy. There's a metal zipper up the back, with a hook at the top. At some point someone cut out an extra layer of netting on the inside, but that's easy to add back if desired.
